Pen Handpiece

The pen handpiece transfers plasma energy to the skin's epidermis and dermis layer through two straight and curved needles. The length and rotation of the needles can be adjusted based on the treatment modes and physician convenience. The pen needle is highly accurate and efficient for small treatment areas.

Fractional Handpiece

Plasma energy is applied to the skin in a 5x5-point array through the fractional handpiece. The array and number of plasma-applying dots are adjustable according to the treatment modes. The fractional method is highly accurate and efficient for large treatment areas.

Ozone Therapy

The Firebolt Fractional device utilizes three different sizes of ceramic ozone tips designed to be installed on the pen handpiece. Ozone plasma, with its antibacterial and disinfectant properties, can be used for wound disinfection and acne treatment in small to large areas of skin.

Firebolt FractionalTechnology

Plasma energy, the fourth state of matter, is generated by applying a strong magnetic field to the neutral gas or air. The plasma arc delivers the free electrons and active ions (charged particles) to the epidermis layer of skin tissue with minimal pain and discomfort for the patient.

Plasma energy causes partial sublimation on the epidermis and creates surface micro-burns. These micro-injuries increase collagen and elastin levels through fibroblast cell and growth factor activity. In addition, the micro-burns promote topical medication permeability, leading to skin rejuvenation. Plasma energy can remove moles and skin lesions by concentrating in a small area.

Plasma ozone is created by ionizing trapped air in a specialized tip which destroys bacterial cell walls. Its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-acne properties can treat and disinfect small to large areas of skin and wounds without pain and recovery period.

One Device for All Body Areas

Firebolt Fractional plasma technology's safety and low risk have led to various applications in body and face areas for removing skin lesions, wound disinfection, and skin rejuvenation.

Fractional Plasma vs. Laser

Plasma energy's therapeutic effectiveness in skin rejuvenation is comparable to that of lasers. Plasma energy is more popular due to its advantages, including safety, minimal pain, reduced inflammation, quicker treatment time, and shorter recovery period than lasers.

Firebolt Fractional Advantages

Handpiece Design

Both handpieces of the Firebolt Fractional device are designed in a lightweight and ergonomic shape, allowing the physician to hold them without fatigue and perform the treatment with greater focus and accuracy.

Plasma Array and Dot Size

The plasma’s dot size is adjustable in five different levels (Micro, Small, Medium, Large, and Mega) in the pen handpiece. Also, physician can choice different array of plasma dots in the fractional handpiece according to the treatment area.

User-Friendly Graphical UI

The Firebolt Fractional device features an 8-inch color touchscreen that provides a simple graphical user interface. The GUI allows the physician to select the handpiece, treatment modes, and adjustable technical parameters according to the type of treatment.

Smoke Evacuation System

The smoke evacuation system, in the fractional and pen handpieces, with a purification filter eliminates smoke and odors produced during treatment. The user can control smoke evacuation system's activation, deactivation, and intensity through device’s UI.

Lighting and Status Systems

The lighting system in the pen handpiece illuminates the treatment area to increase the physician's control. Also, the device's operational status will be specified through the LED's change color which is embedded on the handpieces and knob.

Disinfection

The needles, fractional tip and ozone tips are reusable and can be easily disinfected using 70% ethanol after each treatment. The utilization of consumables and the possibility of contamination are eliminated by this feature.
