Multipolar Handpiece
In the Multipolar handpiece, RF current is established between four electrodes with positive and negative poles at a certain distance and exerts influence over a broad and deep skin area. The polarity alteration between the electrodes facilitates the uniform expansion of RF and heat through the skin.
Fractional Handpiece
In the Fractional handpiece, a set of biocompatible microneedles penetrate the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin through the fully automatic mechanism and transfer radiofrequency waves to the skin.
Radiofrequency Technology
The Nettle device was developed using high-frequency RF energy with minimal invasive effect. RF waves are transmitted to the epidermis and dermis layers through fractional needles and multipolar electrodes, affecting a specific skin depth and surface area for rejuvenation.
Multipolar and fractional handpieces deliver the RF wave current to the skin. The RF wave will convert into heat when encountering fat and skin tissue impedance. The level of the tissue heat depends on each tissue's electrical conductivity and resistance properties.
Tissue heating stimulates fibroblast cells and skin growth factors, increasing the production of new collagen and elastin fibers and contracting old collagen fibers, thereby contributing to skin tissue's strength, stiffness, and rejuvenation.

The lightweight, ergonomic, and vibration-free design of fractional and multipolar headpieces makes long-term use easy for physicians.
Lighting System
The LED system is located around the device's body and the top side of the fractional handpiece. The LED colour-changing will determine the operation status of the device. On the fractional handpiece, the LED lighting co-occurs with the emission of the RF waves to illuminate the treatment area.
Fractional Needles
